SHIPPING POLICY

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Local deliveries are provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST) and a private courier service.

INTER-ISLAND

Local orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 Business Days after payment is confirmed received. Packages are delivered Monday to Friday only from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for Local/Domestic orders. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed the next business day and delivery the following day.

Deliveries to remote areas (e.g. Valencia, Mayaro) will be done by TTPOST’s transport network and can take up to 4 to 6 business days.

ISLAND TO ISLAND

There is no expedited shipping to Tobago. All shipments will be done within 5-10 business days.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION 

A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming that your order is out for delivery or either with the courier will be sent to you.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been dispatched but may be cancelled at any point before processing. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours (business days) of your order to inform you that your items have been shipped.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery time frames vary, and an estimated time frame will be provided upon request.

ORDERING

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only, and after your credit card information is authorized. Orders placed on the weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

RATES

Local Rates vary depending on which courier service can deliver your package. 

International shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including:

Weight of item(s)
Destination country/region
